There is a big difference in procrastination meaning. As we have two types of it;-
The first on is productive procrastination and the second one is unproductive procrastination itself.
I would argue that the productive procrastination is involved with those kind of people who would try to meet their deadlines for doing their tasks on time. But they start so fast and so slow to finish, as they wait until the last minute to get things done. Not to worry about it , as long as the task is going to be finished. But this explanation can not be applied in all individuals, as there are also persons do finish their tasks before time because they value the concept of time, they become more successful to make a balance between personal stuff and professional practical job. Consequently, it will lead them to happiness for what they have achieved, and get themselves fulfilled enough.
On the second hand, the unproductive procrastination is the negative habit when we usually set tasks up to us. It is up to us to impose deadlines, it is up to us to keep ourselves accountable, it is up to us to turn this procrastination to productive. This is very dangerous. Unfortunately, it will take much energy and makes us so tired physically and mentally due to delaying – act but fail to finish it completely. In addition, this habit will affect us passively and keeps us away of thinking our family and other personal stuff. Consequently, it will lead to sadness and depression, because we have not got enough time even for ourselves though.
