If you you have a lot of thoughts stuck in your head, it is disturbing you too much, and it is making you upset!
Here is my little advice;
You can talk to your mind nicely, and tell him” please stop, keep silent for a while” in a way that you can speak little bit louder, so that you can hear for what you are saying.
As a result, your mind will listen to your order, if you talk nicely, and he will stop disturbing form the thoughts which it is rounding in your brain.
It really works, just try, and you will find positive results soon!
